I've typed about fifty frantic manuscript pages in the last couple of days, going much too fast because I'm SOOO sick of it, and thusly generated a flourish of wonderful typographical errors.

"lying hands"

"small explosion of sings"

"leaning on his pear"

and my very favorite:

"a wreath of poopies"

I still wish I could draw, so I could illustrate the fish. And now also leaning on the pear. (I envision Telemakos stalking one of these.)

that makes my own vision EVEN MORE APPALLING, being colored as it is by a joke about two naked guys who arrive at a costume party with their naughty bits wearing 1) a bowl of custard, and 2) a pear. When asked what they're supposed to be 1 says, "I'm f***ing disgusted" and 2 says, "and I've come in despair."
