Maple-flavoured coffee. Hmmm. We've got some maple syrup in the cupboard (for putting on porridge) - is this addictive? :)

You have lived in far more interesting places that I have.

I love maple syrup (the proper stuff from trees), but have never been a huge fan of maple coffee. I do have a maple tea (a black tea flavored with maple) that's tasty.

Well, maple sugar cotton candy is awesome. I used to get it at the Farm Show.

While my mom lived in New Hampshire, we went out to eat a place that made maple milkshakes, which were awesome, and we also went to some breakfast diner place that had maple sugar candy by the cash register instead of mints.

Sent your child into the woods with a compass and a stopwatch?! Are you mad? Oh, wait. It's the UK and, therefore, thoroughly civilized. Kind of like hiking in Germany, where after an hour's hike, you are likely to find a beer garden at the top of the hill -- there may even be a funicular to get supplies up the cliff.

What did you do to celebrate Pi Day?
