yes, I love it too. I was never really a fan of the gate on the hardback, which I happen to know is the gate at Dachau, though the sky on both covers is FANTASTIC. I love how the sky is foregrounded (so to speak) here. They wanted a bi-plane so we tried to get it to look like a Soviet Po2, such as the Night Witches flew!
