I am glad Mark did not get hurt, and many congratulations to him and to Sara for their courage.
I've done a bit of horse riding (My BF comes from a family of hardcore horse people and we often ride with his mother, who at age 80 rode across Ireland) but last time I actually galloped I was quite literally clinging to the horse's mane with a loud "aaaaaagggggghhhhhhhhh!" coming from my mouth.
