Hi! I am part of the Mare di Libri Festival staff. We would be happy to make english subtitles for Sofia's book trailer. We all have read "Code name Verity" in italian translation so probably the subtitles will not be precise quotes of the original... but at least you can have an idea of which sentences have been chosen to tell what the story is about!
I'll start working on the translation in reverse right now. :)
