I just added you as a friend upon finding your livejournal link on your webpage!

I added you mainly to tell you: THE WINTER PRINCE is one of my favorite books of all time. I took it out of the school library in 6th grade because it had a cool cover, was thrilled that it was an Arthurian tale, and I don't think I returned it to the library the entire two years I remained at the middle school. I think I've read it multiple times a year for over ten years since then...and I'll probably continue.

I'm so thrilled that the book has continued into a series! I just finished (literally, two minutes ago) A COALITION OF LIONS and I'm more excited to continue the series than I am about the final Harry Potter book, and you can quote me on that.

Thank you so much for your stories, your beautiful, flawed, fabulous characters, your awesome spins on classic stories...

I'll stop drivelling now and let you get back to your livejournal. :)

Dear Liz,

Can I just tell you that your post, out of the blue, absolutely made my day. (And here's me whining about being alone in the world.) I'm so pleased you like the books. But more particularly, thank you for this:

I'm more excited to continue the series than I am about the final Harry Potter book, and you can quote me on that.

It's automatic. Apart from that I don't have a clue how it works or what it means. It changes every few minutes.
