It's the weather. Windy, May, changeable British weather. Ten years ago we did a punt trip around Oxford this time of year--22 miles in 11 hours. How ridiculous is that?
The weather this year is just crappy all around. Here in Leipzig they are predicting we'll be down to 8 some evenings next week. I want to bust out the linen!
